Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Some may qualify for exchange or store credit. There are absolutely no refunds unless there is/was a mistake made on our behalf. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check your address carefully before purchasing. Shipping and billing must match or your order will be refunded. Also we cannot accept returns or exchanges sale items or gift cards.

The ONLY purchases eligible for an exchange are ones ordered online and selected store pick up. You must pick up your items within 3 days of purchasing for items to be considered eligible for exchange. If not local items must be returned back to store at your expense (unless mistake was made on our end) within 3 days of receiving package. Meaning you have 3 days to provide a tracking number to be eligible. Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase which would be in your email.

(PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST SIGNATURE WHEN SHIPPING BACK. THIS WILL DELAY YOUR RETURN DUE TO SOME DELIVERIES ARE MADE OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS WHICH WILL CAUSE YOUR PACKAGE TO GO BACK)

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING SOMEONE FROM THE STORE. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
